I've spent my career working at the intersection of technology, compliance, and global workforce management. Early on, I noticed how hard it was for growing businesses to hire internationally. The red tape, the compliance headaches, the fragmented tools. It didn't have to be that way.
That frustration led me to start One Global Payroll and Hire with Columbus. My mission is simple: make it easy for any company to hire the best talent, no matter where they are.
Before starting my own companies, I worked in HR technology and workforce consulting, helping organizations scale their teams across borders. I've seen the challenges firsthand and I've built solutions to solve them.
What I believe
- Work should be borderless. Geography shouldn't limit opportunity for companies or for talent.
- Compliance is a feature, not a barrier. When done right, it enables growth instead of blocking it.
- Simplicity wins. The best tools are the ones that get out of your way.

When I'm not working, you'll find me outdoors. Hiking, skiing, or exploring new places. I'm also passionate about mentoring early-stage founders and staying connected to the HR tech community.
